APPLICATION PROCEDURE FOR MASTER IN CLIMATE CHANGE ADAPTATION

2016 – 2017 Academic Year

  • Go to the UON application portal www.application.uonbi.ac.ke.  and follow instructions. For queries contact  the Institute for Climate Change and Adaptation (ICCA) at the College of Biological and Physical Sciences, Chromo Campus, Examination Centre West Wing 1st floor Room 109, or call on 020 491 4307.
  • Attach a certified copies of your Bachelor’s Degree certificate from an accredited University together with your transcripts. The copy should be certified by the issuing institution as a true copy of the original. If applying from within Kenya with a degree from a foreign University, the Commision for University Education must endorse your certificates and transcripts.
  • This is a trans-disciplinary course that accepts qualified candidates from all disciplines that are affected by climate change. In order to qualify one must have
    • A Bachelors degree from an accredited university with a first class or upper second class honors
    • A Bachelors degree from an accredited university with a lower second class honors and two years working experience in an area of relevance or
    • A Bachelors degree from an accredited university with a pass degree and five years working experience in an area of relevance.
    • The University reserves the right to accept or reject any application to the course.
